RETURNS POLICY - US Orders Only

 

NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

Forget Me Not is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return the unburned selections (with the exception of sale items) within 30 days.
We will happily refund the purchase price (less the original shipping + handling cost) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.

We understand that buying things online can be a bit overwhelming, especially for the first time, that is why at FMN Candle Co. , we're keeping it simple + relaxed for our wonderful customers with 30 day exchanges/returns to keep things risk free.

Please use the pre-paid shipping label to send the return items back to our fulfillment center, it’s that easy! Please list your order # + the reason for the return when packing your order. (If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to process your return)

We will email you confirmation once we receive the product and process your refund immediately . Hassle free, right?

 

EXCHANGES

Although we work diligently to provide accurate scent descriptions for each of our fragrances, hey, we get it! Shopping online for a new fragrance product, such as candles, can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. 

For a risk-free shopping experience, we have also taken the steps necessary to provide free exchanges (less original shipping cost) on any unburned, non-discounted, full-sized candles within 30 days of delivery!  We understand that not every fragrance will be perfect for everyone, and that is ok! We want to help you find YOUR signature scent, not someone else’s! Please contact us with your name, order number, the fragrance that you are requesting to exchange + the scent you are wanting and you will receive further return instructions from us within 2 business days!

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your friends/family members + neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service at hello@fmncandleco.com for further direction.
